A notification of when the State computer system is restored will be posted on the Oregon Child Support website.
Full article from OregonChildSupport.gov: “April 10, 2012 – Problems with the state’s computer system is causing delays for a number of state agencies. For the Child Support Program, it means a delay in the processing of child support payments for the week of April 8. The Department of Administrative Services and other state agencies have been working together to resolve the issue. There will be at least a one-day delay in the processing of child support payments this week.
In addition, the child support branch offices and case managers do not have access to case information at this time, so we ask that you do not call for more information.
