A Prineville resident has won the Oregon Lottery's $4 million jackpot.
In Prineville, Ore., the birthplace of SK&H founder Jody Stahancyk, 70-year-old resident Rease Endicott has won the $4 million Megabucks jackpot. Endicott purchased the ticket at the Lamonta Roadhouse on Wednesday the 16th, and found out the ticket was a winner the next morning at the Cinnabar Pizzeria. Opting to recieve his winnings as a lump sum, Endicott is still deciding how to spend the money. So far he has been a prudent spender, buying only a pickup truck and making investments.
Despite his winnings, Endicott says he will keep a low profile with summer plans to visit his family and go fishing.
"Now, I've got everything done," he says, "And I'm going to go hide."
