Deanna Rusch Honored as one of the

Deanna Rusch was honored as one of the "Accomplished and Under 40". A luncheon was held at the Vancouver Heathman Lodge and was sponsored by the Vancouver Business Journal. Deanna was one of 22 individuals selected by a panel of "Accomplished and Under 40 alumni" nominated by members of the community. Deanna was the only attorney chosen. Deanna was nominated by Joe Hurley, a local businessman and connected in the Vancouver area/community.

Approximately 300 people attended the event. Lunch was served at 11:30 and included a grilled chicken salad and rolls. The Stahancyk, Kent & Hook table included Deanna, her mom and step-dad Dan and Terri Ferris, her uncle and aunt Joe and Lisa Hurley, Vince Roman, Tate Justesen, Mr. Jim Gregg and friend of the firm and financial adviser Andy Rome.

After lunch was served, each honoree was called on stage to receive their award and asked a question unknown to them. Deanna was asked "What is your biggest challenge when taking on a new case?" Deanna responded that her initial response is to jump right in and try to make everything okay but that she must take a step back and analyze each individual situation to do what's best for the client. After each honoree answered their question they were presented with an award and had a photo taken with the event coordinators. The Vancouver Business Journal's 2012 Accomplished and Under 40 was a very successful event with a diverse group of nominees. We placed Deanna's award on the table in the front lobby here in Vancouver.
